Contact information
The inquiry form collects your name, company, email, optional phone number, requested service and message. Information is passed to the configured company mailbox to respond to your request. The website does not create a customer account or store inquiry text in its application database.
Security and retention
Basic request limits and a short-lived security token protect the form. Server logs exclude the content of your inquiry. Correspondence is retained in the company mailbox according to its applicable retention policy. Contact the office for access, correction or deletion requests.
Cookies and measurement
No advertising pixels or third-party analytics are loaded by default. An optional first-party monitoring setting can collect sampled page performance and generic error counts without names, emails, cookies, message contents or query strings. Browser privacy signals are respected.
Offline assets and external sites
The browser may cache public images, styles and scripts to improve repeat visits. Contact submissions are never stored offline or queued for later delivery. External Swiss Approval websites apply their own policies.
